UMSWE Custom Tile Pathability

Ok , this is my problem:

1. At the first step as I want to tick the "Enable UMSWE" I get this error

Plugin Error
Could not extract UI\WorldEditStrings.txt
Could not extract UI\WorldEditStrings.txt
Could not extract UI\WorldEditStrings.txt
Could not extract UI\WorldEditStrings.txt
Could not find UI\WorldEditStrings.txt in the warcraft mpqs.

2. Tried to tick the "Custom Tile Pathability"

error again

Tried out everything what I found in forums about this but nothing worked
Reinstalled fully Warcraft newgen jasshelper ... but nothing
The same error all the time

Anybody got any idea?

Patched game up and possess TFT? From registry keys, it should find the main directory of Wc3 where the mpqs are in. It probably wants to have the latest data, which is situated in War3Patch.mpq. Operating system?

But UMSWE is said to be outdated partly anyway.

pach TFT 1.24e

Can i make it to read not from the original but from the Patch.mpq?
Or if it's outdated , is there any other way to make a tile unwalkable?

Patch up your war3 to 1.26a version.
Instead of UMSWE, use NewGen.

well I updated War3
I already used Newgen, that is what causes the problem

no change still ends in error
after re-installation I not exactly "Installed" War3, it was a compressed directory of War3
not sure if the earlier War3 was one like this
maybe that should be the problem cause , it's not even in the registry ?
