UI Modification, World of Warcraft Like

I am making a World of Warcraft style map, and thought it would be cool it people could download a UI that fits WoW, so they can get even more into my maps.

So I'm here to request a UI change.

I'm not sure if it's even possible, but I'd like it if someone could please make a UI that looks like this:

If someone can do this, it would be greatly appreciated.
Or, if someone could please link me a tutorial on modding the UI, that would be awesome too.

sadly, there's no way, the ui on wc3 is hard coded..

Definatly not.
If you have a fixed camera you can use DGUI-Elements to add Like a Spellbar or something, but Thats also really performance wasting for such a slow, static kinda thing.
