Is there a program I would be able to use to design this sort of UI? I am planning to make a start on a solo project based around quite a dark central character, so I was thinking of going for a UI that would fit in with that theme.
A dark metallic sort of thing perhaps, I would appreciate it if someone would be able to give me a hand with this, thanks in advance.
