Two cursors

An evil undead cursor, but bit fleshy, not just a simple skeleton hand as the current is, like a ghoul hand(?) and a different human cursor, I guess nearly everything can be better than the default one. Thanks in advance.

All you need is a Custom Cursor (made by you, imported from others, or just download from ANYWHERE)
Next, Go to Advanced -> Game Interface -> Tick the "Use Custom Game Interface" -> Model - Cursor -> Double click the field and change it to your custom cursor under "Custom:" field
