Human Cursor with star particles

I'd like to request the Human Cursor Model with a particle emitter with purple stars (like 20 per second)
I tried it myself with the War3ModelEditor but unfortunately they don't show up

I also found an example of it (Attachment: "NagaCursor.mdx" from xgm.ru) but I were unable to copy it

just to make it clear:
it should really be based on the human cursor cause I am planing to use a custom skin with it
