Pandaren Cursor

My map is almost done but for this detail, a pandaren cursor. It should be Grey and Black, and small claw thingies on the fingers. Here's a link of inspiration:

I think the human cursor would be most proper to reskin. Do it freehand or CnP, i really dont care as long as it looks like a pandaren version of the existing cursor, both size and style. I cant do this myself since i dont have the proper tools nor the art skills.
Credits will of course be given.

K i'm done, it looks like a glove with a sawn off hand in it.

It wont let me convert it to BLP, you'll have to do that.

It wont let me into my e-mail! so i'll post it as TGA and then u can download it look at it and give to drake.Then drake will submit new pandaren cursor as cropped so peeps can use it. ok? i will then delete my non cropped version. Ok?
