Well, only chinese modellers do so, but they suck at animation.
also do you have an screenshot of the shinji model, btw?
well, other good animators I know are Chriz, Jigrael and TDR.
I think it looks too high poly to be animated directly, would need to optimize it a lot, and since you don't know who made it, nor if its a ripp; its better to leave it aside.
In answer to your other comment, I would only animate your shinji model if first it isn't a ripp and second, I need to have permission to use it as freely as I wish. (why would I take a free request?)
depends, provide a picture, if its good, then I may add her to the To-Do list. Also, if I find out it's a ripp, well I would be sorry for you. (not that I suspect of you, but I've been asked by other guys to animate models which at the end are ripps).

The Loading screen (the wow loading) still not working!!! what texture is it on the blp fullscreen file? i tried:
Loadingscreen.mdx
Fullscreen.blp and Textures/Fullscreen.blp
Both are just black.
