Two Attacks enabled

Hi,

just a little question.

If a unit has 2 attacks, both enabled. Both identical can target air and ground. But one has Magic, the other Hero Attack.

Which attack will be used to attack ?
The one that does more damage ? Both ? Or just the first ?
