Some of these may have already been named in this thread but anyway:

The Men Who Stare at Goats (2009)
The Big Lebowski (1998)
Planet Terror (2007)
Being John Malkovich (1999)
Dreams (1990)
Begotten (1990)
Story of the Eye (2004)

If you want to get into some seriously weird fringe cinema, this is a good place to start. The Worldwide Celluloid Massacre
Oh. Nice!

Most of Lynch's stuff is worth visiting honestly. Apart from the commercial classics like Twin Peaks, Mulholland Drive, etc, which albeit are also awesome, he's got some pretty twisted shit in his arsenal. Eraserhead is probably my top pick.

Mind Game (2004)
Also a good choice.

Lynch made Twin Peaks?
Twin Peaks was created in the late 1980s by Mark Frost and David Lynch.

Lynch has co-written and directed Twin Peaks: Fire walk with me (1992).
He also has co-written and directed the limited series Twin Peaks: The return (2017).

As for the original 1990-1991 TV series, Lynch is credited as being the director of only 6 episodes out of 30. Also, do note that Lynch has co-written only three episodes and a half overall.

Aside from those directed and/or co-written by Lynch, the only episode worth watching imho is the one directed by Diane Keaton ("Slaves and Masters", S02E15), since it is a pretty twisted one iirc.
