I have a hero that can transform, he has Illidan's transforming ability and I made the time duration to zero so he can stay in that form forever but I can't deactivate the spell so how can I make him go back to normal?

Don't use Illidan's ability. Use the ability from the Goblin Tinker. It does exactly what you want and you just have to change its stats.
