I somehow realized how to use this 'tool', I downloaded it, (dint extract) just open the zip and double click the file inside. Few notes in but no idea what is dis. And this is no virus..

Yeah this is the export script for gmax, converting your scene to a .mdl so that it can be further converted to a .mdx..... it's super useless tho, it cant transfer animations correctly and just makes them flap about weirdly.
