does it supports same skeleton but different bone names?

Yes it is. For program development, ID correspondence is sufficient
But only their A mdx bone names will be kept

The functionality in this tool seems to already exist in RMS, but then better supported with more options. The tool is also not available in English and also has a fairly high flagged rating on VirusTotal. The VirusTotal rating seems to not trigger for the major antivirus vendors, so that alone did not cause the "Awaiting Update" status.

For approval it would be good if you could explain how the functionality in this tool differs/improves from what RMS offers, translate the tool to English, and potentially look into what is causing the VirusTotal detection score.
