Tool for overwritten maps?

Is there any tool out there that can get me back an overwritten map? i made a very large and precise map that was going to start one of my trilodgies then i went to a diffrent map and it said would you like to save changes to blah blah blah. and then i clicked yes because if i didnt then i thought that the things i did to my map wouldnt save so when i pressed yes and loaded my other map......xUnlimited then i went ...... some more then i just went on wow and killed alot.... and i mean alot.... of horde.... so anybody know a tool to get back an OVERWRITTEN not deleted map.

if you tested the map, it saves a backup copy, apart from that your screwed
