Tool deleting animations

Hello guys I'm in need of a tool that can delete uneccessary animation ( units animations that I don't need ) so that it will reduced the file size. I tried using mdvls but it errors and I need to install the latest directx or something like that,is there any other tool that can delete animations and doesn't error without installing something? Tnx guys.

I am not modeler, nor a animation creator. However, I'd assume that you can delete animation in the same program that you create them in.

3ds-max seems to be a program that works.

The easiest way to remove animations should be magos model editor.

The easiest way to remove animations should be magos model editor.

Use Mago's and then GhostWolf's MDX Optimizer that should do the trick.
