Ticks Me OFF!!!

Heres an example of what ticks me off. People at my school plays WoW, which i have no problem with. But since they've never heard of Warcraft 3 and TFT, 2, etc. they automaticaly assume the WoW is the real Warcraft...!

Personally, I see people that play WoW all the and time and brag, yes.. big deal, I play WoW occasionally, but other Wow players I talk to have played wc3, if they want to think WoW is the real warcraft, go ahead everyone has a different opinion , although i think wc3 is better.

Well actually they are right.

Game-wise, WoW is a game of Blizzard's WarCraft series, it is a genuine game by the same company that made the other games, so it is real. Just as wc1, wc2, and wc3 are real.

Lore-wise, although badly, WoW continues the story of the previous games which again proves it to be real.

Let's just say we are a divided community obviously.
Whenever I talk about Warcraft on the net, they say WoW sucks but then I reply that WoW is not the only Warcraft game that exists.

RTS lovers - That's US
MMORPG lovers - That's THEM
and they're the new people that got in the Warcraft community and they give us bad names (No life, rich kid paying 15 bucks a month, losers etc and the list goes on)

"A" real, not "The" real.

But in a news article they said is they ever made a new rts of warcraft it would skip WoW lore. IMO wc3 is more of the "real" one, as its the third rts, and WoWs rather out of place ... TECHNICALLY both are real though.

I agree with this , But I learned my friends what Warcraft 3 is and they play World of Warcraft , At least they don't think World of Warcraft is the real Warcraft any more.

by "real" i mean first warcraft game lore wise.

It's so damn ridiculous, they think that all the bosses just have to be WC characters, and that the lore is 100% right. The lore is non existent in WoW. Dudes revive every second and all the big characters are pooping around or getting raped as bosses. They need to get real ...
