how can i look up all threads i have ever opened?

Just simply go to your profile (by clicking on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen saying 'Welcome MeEsA')
Just above the box where you can leave a message on your profile, you see 6 tabs. Click the 3rd tab named 'Statistics'
Then the 2nd link under that tab says 'Find all threads started by MeEsA'.
It'll give you the same list, but you don't need to search for this link or place it under your favourites, which can be quite annoying.
