It is freaking me out to see that in the top, it should be in the bottom I say

Why is that freaky? It's better that it's at the top so people know that the place is guarded and will think twice about breaking the rules.

All sections will have a moderator and wc3sear will have appropriate skins. People who break the rules know who it is who reported them.

They will know, but the moderators list will appear below the resourses, it is freaky for me too see my name on top of all the spells...

You should be proud Vex. The spell moderator is you and through each page in spell section, your name is displayed on the top. I like that if I were you.
