Not sure what the poster in front of me meant with his comment, however here a review.
General
Well your cinematic
A is way too short to really be a cinematic, it's fine if you make a trailer to your campaign, but currently it holds little to no story clues whatsoever with this cinematic.
Secondly I think you have a long way to go in the arts of making cinematics, that's not something to knacker you off, however, you could take a bit more investments on how to make a cinematic (by looking at tutorials or other cinematics) before you actually start making something.
Turning on cinematic mode, using camera's and dialogue appearance is not enough.
Terrain and Environment
Your terrain is to be mentioned, it's very blunt, barely has any filling and barely and almost all of the terrain is simply flat.
If you are working with Outland terrain, it's very advisory that you use heights in your terrain cause a dessert is not flat either is it?
apart from that, the terrain you made behind the gate, try to make it look more exciting as if you are really watching the other side, not just a simple tileset and some units.
Camera's and Cinematic Handling
The first camera pan you made was quite wrong, never pan that fast to a camera unless you are following something that is moving real fast.
Other than that you motion is really low, try to make slow moving camera's when people are talking to one another, also, try to use different angles.
Handling wise you never show the end of the map in a cinematic, this is a pre, either use a different camera or raise your terrain.
Story and Character building
Well I can comment very little on this, there was no story, yes someone was killed and now we are going to do something about it, not very thoroughly.
As for character building, both brodog and gratar, didn't really distinct themselves from your regular orc you play in a melee game, try to work with that.
Animation, (inter)action and Effects
The animation for throwing the dice was quite alright, but try to make animations more fitting to what the character are saying, and not have them play the random stand animation
Music and Sounds
Well there was no music or sounds to my perspective, make sure you use that in your cinematic, it's quite vital.
Overall, I am going to a sore tooth, but rate this a 1.25 (so a 1), accordingly I vote for a rejection to give you the space to improve your cinematic, not only because your cinematic isn't that good, but it will also influence your entire campaign, you are making.
Vote for Rejection untill further improvements
