Tavern Heroes

So i need help in doing two things :
1. Edit the cooldown for the heroes before purchasing them in the tavern. For example i want to do, that one hero will be only purchasable from the tavern after 10 minutes.
2. Make heroes unresurrerctable from the altars.

I know, that it´s not complicated to do, but I can´t find the places where I can edit theese things.

1) Each hero has

Stats - Stock Maximun (The number of heroes you can purchase)
Stats - Stock Repelish Interval (Cooldown to purchase the hero again)
Stats - Stock Start Delay (Initial cooldown when map is loaded)

2) All buildings has

Techtree - Revive Dead Heros (This is to set if the building can Revive dead heros)
