Tavern heroes in race Altar

Tavern heroes (Naga Sea Witch, Dark Ranger, Pandaren Brewmaster, Pit Lord and Beastmaster) dont seem to work right in my altars.

Exact problem
You play the game like every other melee map but choosing heroes works like this:
-Choose "a tavern hero" as hero 1 (tier 1) = 2nd hero requires Fortress (tier 3)
-Choose "a tavern hero" as hero 2 (tier 2) = no 3rd hero (tier 3)
-Choose "a tavern hero" last = works like every other melee map, only 3 tiers so no 4th hero, you have all 3, but limited to tavern hero last...

Details
Its just a melee lan map with more units, buildings, heroes, upgrades etc from the campaign, our heads or from inspiration of other games. All the heroes work... except these (which all seem to be from the tavern :S).

The settings (object manager) are the same as every other hero (except stats, they are the same as default tavern heroes) so they should work just like every other hero (in theory).

Triggers? Just respawning creeps and hero restrictions (used on all custom heroes and they have no problems).

Modified "Gameplay Constants"? Just things related to hero experience vs creeps and upkeep costs. I added them to the Hero Dependencies just like every other custom hero (that works).

Searched, didnt find anything otherwise I wouldnt be posting ;)
