If someone have his old / unfinished models I can finish them and upload on his behalf.

That would not feel right unless you have his permission.
I'd (personally) distinguish between his permission for people to edit his finished models and finishing his unfinished work and uploading it instead of him.

Sure, of course I would ask Tauer first , maybe If he will return, he might reply to this thread and discuss it further, I am 100 sure his unfinished models are only in HIS hands. + I would not take any credit for it , just want his good models to be finished, I could also do animations and model exactly how he wants it.
