Younger brother of Ner'Ckul and became his tribe's greatest warrior while feared by Wrathspine clan Orcs as like many of his fellow Troll kind Tar'zarna has no love for Orcs after what they did to his race.

The Orc skull impaled on the stake mounted on his back is said to belong to one Orc warrior that Tar'zarna actually respected as he gave him a great challenge in their duel and he even said to use his ribcage as his own personal armour.

Edit: Added two cinematic animations in and fixed a visibility issue in Bladestorm animation
