Sub-zero Maps?

I saw one of the maps that is named Space Orcs! by Frankster i saw a review made by Septimus about that map and i saw the Score system that says "Sub-Zero" Read at bottom.

Awful: 1-10
Unacceptable : 11-30
Lacking : 31-49
Useful : 50-69
Recommend : 70-90
Highly Recommend : 91-100
Director Cut : 101-105
Sub-Zero : 106+

i saw that bolded text that is Sub-zero. Is there the maps like that rating? and is this the most nice map of all?

That's back when Septimus was a moderator, I recall the standards are different now, and there's no BEST map existed. Remember, each people have different tastes.
