Strange static noise when computer boots

It appears that this is a virus, because when my PC boots, 10 seconds go by and then the sound is played.

Well, my Antivirus shows no proof of any virus infections, though some trial spyware removers find some in the registry, although the registry repair guys don't fix there.

Any help?

This could be your sound drivers (not necessarily a virus).

Try updating to the latest version for your sound card/motherboard?

Tried it, no use. I'm currently looking up for some good spyware/adware removers. If all fails... Windows reinstall

What automatically makes you assume that it's a virus? This noise could be coming from the BIOS?

Like does it sound after Windows has loaded and the login screen is displayed, during the loading, or when you're logging in to your user? Or when you're booting up and it's at the BIOS stages?

Never mind this, it's fixed. The problem is too complex and difficult to explain, so I asked for technical support. The problem is of little importance now. I accidentally turned on Line In... I'm a noob.
