Is it possible to create an ability that for each skill point spent, the hero gains Agility, Damage, Movement Speed, Attack Rate, and crit chance (1.5x dmg.) by 5% ? And if so, how?
 
Use a hidden spell book, add all those abilities into it. When you learn the real ability, increase the level of all those abilities.

Many if not all of those exist as item abilities. You might not need the spell book to hide the ability icons, since item abilities don't display an icon.

for crit chance, id reccommend doing it via Bribe's damage eng

Like was set best way at end the DDS (Damage Detection system)

try my template and u will understand (just there it is modified with item not with ability but similiar the method)

but if u dont use anything also then maker method work fine
