Starfall in world editor --- Can't change buff target art anymore?

I'm unable to change Starfall's "rain" effect to something else, I could do this before so I'm confused.

Can someone double check this? Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
It looks like it's now built in into Starfall spell.

You can delete the Effect to get rid of the rain -> Effects: Starfall (Effect)

Or you can modify the Effect under the Buff/Effects tab. Change it's Art - Effect to something else.

Sorry, I explained it wrong. It's not the effect that's the problem, it's the buff - the stars that fall on enemies.
You can't change that anymore.

Ah, I see what you mean now. New Buffs don't work for some odd reason.

You can still edit the Art-Target field for the original Starfall (Target) buff.
