At first, I'm working on a german version, whitch i want to release october/november.... But i want to translate it if someone want it to play :grin:

Okay, now to the Mod itself:



STAR TREK - THE BORGWAR



1. Story:

Its the year 2377. After the Voyager returnt to earth, the federation never heard something from the borg again. With the new Technologies from the Voyager were new technologies develpoted to defend the federation against the borg. And the borg knowed that.
And 4 years later, 2381, the invasion begins. The borg come with new technologies, deathlier than ever.

hello gurftbestie!
Your idea sounds great and the interface looks really nice. Did you do the interface yourself or do you have a team that helps you? You also wrote about 2 new races. -Do you mean Borg and Federation as the new ones or 2 races you invented yourself? If it's placed in the time after the last Star Trek movies, new races would be a good idea, but even if there are only the Humans and their allies and the Borg of course, it will be quite nice. I allready read about your project on warcraft-mapping.de and I'm really happy that you decided to post here, too, because that seems to become great.- If you work on a translation into English!

Only the half of the shipmodels are not selfmade. A guy named ElunesGuardian make them for me :) All other things are selfmade..... from the Interface, the Buttons, Music to the Unitsounds ....

The 2 Races are Federation and Borg. hm..... and Creeps..... (Romulans, Ferengi, ect)

Do you build your base in space? Like your big ship releases things like drydocks that can build ships and stuff like that? And if you want someone to go over the english version for spelling and stuff, I would be able to. From your post, it looks like you may need a bit of helpw with that.

Okay, some updates and new screens.

Im working at the moment on the final Mission of the 2nd Campaign. If it works on so good, i could release it earlier the november :)

Okay, some news to the Project! Yes, i'm still working on it ^^ and im near to finish it!

Im working now on the last 5 Missions and the Mainmenu-Design. And i begin to change the most models with more detailed Versions. (700-1500 Polymodels)


I added some screens with renders of new Models and some screenshots (with the old Models) of the 3rd Campaign (in german).

The UI definately needs more work. Looks like something I could make in 10 minutes with MS Paint. (No offence intended, just critisism)

The terrain is extremely simple and since the tiles pretty much make up for terrain, I won't judge.

I like the target things around the units though, looks kinda cool.

If you translate this in English, I'll try it out.
