[Arena] Stan0033's Deathmatch: Fortnite-like

This is a work in progress
So I got inspired by Fortnite to create a warcraft III map with similar gameplay. Except, you can play multiple matches in one game. When you get eliminated, you can wait until the next match starts and in the meantime observe what the other players are doing. The host decides how much matches are going to be played in the game.
This map is for 12 players and you can teamup however you like, or not at all.

At start, every player has to pick his appearance. All heroes are the same, only the model is different

when all players pick, a zeppelin starts from the island and takes 3 consequentive courses around the map. You can choose where to land

This is the whole map. It is a template by Desconocido with the winter peninsula and bottom peninsula added by me

Your hero starts with no items, no gold and no abbilities. He has only the interactable abilities like Harvest(trees for lumber), build (all structures require lumber to build) , use (for mounting neuteal vehicle), revive ally.


Any other abilities is gained through owning a a weapon item

There are 4 types of items:
  • Potion
  • Weapon (has ability for damaging enemy units)
  • Armor (gives bonus to the hero)
  • Utility (any item that gives special non-lethal ability) - examples - repair kit, upgrade kit, teleporter

Neutral units and buildings that you can find around the map:
Vehicles - can laod your hero inside to more faster and be protected from damge, but cannot use items or attack inside.
Rebooter - can reboot your eliminated allies, if you collected their cards
Armor Merchant - sells armor
Weapons Merchant - sells weapons
Technicial - sells Repair kit to repair vehicles, and upgrade kit to upgrade your items
Health Stand - sells hit points and mana potions

  • Your hero can collect items from random crates around the mao, items that drop from eliminated players, or you can buy them
  • Your hero can collect gold by killing creeps, collecting it from eliminated players, or drops from random crates around the map
  • Your hero can collect lumber by harvesting trees
  • If you win a match, you will get a victory crown item. That item is not part of your inventory, but you can drop it if you get eliminated. Players who carry a victory crown get 2 times more experience from eliminating other players or creeps.


Like if Fortnite, there is a mechanic called The Storm. It's a rectangle that cycles between being still and shrinking. How to recognize the storm? It's a combination between windy and heavy rain weather. This forces players to come closer togher. Any player inside the storm slowly takes damage over time. Enough damage can eliminate him.

  • If your hero becomes 10% health, he will be "knocked down", but here just permanenly stunned. An ally can revive him
  • if a knocked down player gets attacked more, he will be eliminated. If that player has non-stunned allies, he will spawn a reboot card that can be collected by his allies and used at a rebooter to reboot the eliminated allies in the current matchW
When all matches conclude, the winner royale will be announced. The winner/s is the player who was the last man standing the most times in all matches combined. IF 2 or more players have the same wins, they split the victory/
