Special Effect Head Attachment Dissapearing

Here is the trigger:

  • Special Effect - Create a special effect attached to the head of |cff8b0000Pein|r 0045 <gen> using war3mapImported\pein1.mdx
  • Set PeinHead = (Last created special effect)
For some reason when I cast a spell on the unit, the head attachment seems to dissapear. I was wondering if this could be due to the spell itself or the trigger.

EDIT: It happens with a spell I have which stuns the unit, with another spell that I used on the unit it did not make the head special effect dissapear.

I think it has nothing to do with the spell or trigger.. maybe the model..
On the sequence manager.. whatever animation it has just set it to looping and set to the proper interval (In which the head does not disappear) if haven't done so..
