Something wrong with avatar size

So,I wanted to use a new avatar which is not more than the limit size.However,the maximum avatar memory size bug appeared.Can any tell me what's wrong?

What format are you using? Gif or JPG...etc

Do you use a link or do you just import directly that avatar?

I download it,then try to use it.

Lol that is so weird. I have no idea why that is happening.

Open the image with a program and save it, then try again.

Try to resize it again.

If I save it (using Paint) , It'll turn into a JPG/PNG non-animated image.

Save using Gimp, paint.net or Photoshop then.
