Hello, I have this map which is quite balanced and its playable in every other way. BUT, its main problem is that it desyncs all players at the start, at least 95% of the time, if there is more than 2 players.

If anyone could review and check out this map or perhaps give some tips to what to look for, I'd be glad to hear and gain your wisdom.

Its mostly GUI triggered map, but with few custom scripts.

DL Link for it: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/pastebin_data/5frmb1/_files/DwarvenVsOrcs1.15.w3x

Regards,

Mahadoko.

Aight, I'll look into those. Thanks.

Greetings fellow Finn! You can use the pastebin to upload maps and then post the link here. The pastebin link is at the upper left corner of the page.

Oh, hello there. :) I'll update it.

ps. Even if the cause of desync wasn't loaded until later on the game, can it still cause desync at the very start(if not even called yet)?

No, it cannot.

And you should try to verify whether the disconnect is due to hosting or not. It is occasionally a hosting issue/user issue, especially if you got it to work a few times (because desyncs from code don't randomly occur). Make sure your friend's internet is stable.

You may also want to try something like kLoader (included in JNGP 2.0.X):

It'll allow you to test your map in LAN with yourself. This makes it easier to test for desyncs.

Alright. I'll give it a try, thanks :)
