That is the name right? I just wondered if it can actually drop items in addition to its questline function?

As it's only meant as a quest boss (it's on normal respawn, not boss respawn), any drops for this would imho be just a waste of effort.

Ye, the only thing I could see dropping from it that would make sense is a recipe to fill any remaining gap for class items at that lvl. But its really a very minor thing and therefore not worth your effort at this moment I suppose.
