Derkain Cain is a dude that you save in diablo 1 and 2... that folows you in everytown.. and that tells you the history of the world of diablo... he's well known from the diablo's players... and he's an old man with a cane and with books... (go see on blizzard or on google to have a picture)
 
Woot, I am finally unbanned!!! Sorry to dio for the way that I phrased my response to his post, thats kinda why I got banned, lolz. Deckard Caine is way too limiting, hes just one character, and everyone would use either furion or medivh. Its lookin like several people agree on the arcane/ancient theme and the darkelf/darkness theme, so lets get goin on one of those.

I think will take some time before someone will make the contest because only one month ago it was another skinning contest :)
 
arcane sounds good but I don't have an idea for a skin now I like all ideas but I like more Mr. Goblin idea making an animal wearing cloths :xxd:
 
why not.. like diablo style skins? like we remake skins based on the diablo creatures.. of the 1 and the 2.. (it could be cool) like we can make Necromancer.. babarians.. Sorceress.. Assasin.. druids.. + all the cool looking creeps.. + the boss.. + the villagers..
 
well thats why people gets creative.. like imagine how the supposed set.. are.. and monsters.. and i guest your right that... not everyone plays diablo.. but for shure .. they heard from it.. GOOGLE IT? maybe? i don't know :D
 
Still, it REALLY limits you. I love the idea, but it's really restricts you. The creatures in Diablo are fairly unique and only certain models would work, a lot of people would probably be using the same models.

Take a look at the last contest for example, you could use ANY model, you just had to make sure it was Demonic and Fiery, in the end. And clothes really restricts you to cloth pants and a shirt, the only difference between textures, as stated before, would be the colour and techniques.
 
Well ty, I just wish we could get a contest started. ARCANE/ANCESTRAL THE_END, JUST DO IT!!! I dont wanna skin animals with clothes, thats retarded and makes no sense. Dont wanna skin freakin spiderman out of a crypt fiend, that wouldnt work at all and spiderman is a bitch. I just wanna get a GOOD skinning contest started.
