Is there a way to increase the size of Special effects?

You can base the SFX from a dummy model
Change its "Art - Scaling Value" to any value you want

But be warned, by doing this, you can't attach the SFX at a unit (overhead, weapon, chest, foot, etc) because, the dummy unit is simply a unit, unless you got a system that keeps track that dummy model to a targeted unit or something
