Simple Question...

I have a doubt, recently, i created a Deathwing's model, taking the model base from a Blackdragon (WC3). I've edited the texture, the model, but i've a question before uploading it here.
The model have a WoW Rip's Mesh, this:

(The Deathwing's Lower Jaw)

¿It is "ilegal" uploading it here now?

Also the custom texture is based on the original's texture (ripped too) but the texture isn't the same
