Well the title should say everything, I'm not quite sure if it's actually the right forum for it aswell, but my question is I made some requested stuff of a mate which uses textures of a different game (Mortal Kombat 9) and a mesh of a different creator (NeilCatorce, where I got permission to use it), what I've done is ReUVD, Made the texture fit, Bones & Animations new mesh parts and so on.
So am I able to release the model here at Hive?

There also pictures of it:

@Proxy The mesh isn't ripped, it's a Lowpoly mesh (Body, Head) made by my mate, only the texture is ripped from the game Mortal Kombat 9.

@Hayate, don't see a point of remaking a Skin if its good, and yes I'm Shin-Orojin.

And probably going for a own small forum to post my stuff there, which I would link from my profile if it's not allowed to post it here.

Edit:
And about this part "it is clearly not 75% of your own work" most models here use the standard Warcraft 3 Model parts & animations and textures so as example just a new head merged on a different body maybe a new weapon aswell, how much % would that make?
Wouldn't that be something like 2-5% of the work which has been done by Warcraft 3 already?

That is a bit different case, using in-game assets is not much different from using the default doodads to craft the terrain in the game which is, for all intents and purposes akin to open source for the use within the editor.
As such not receiving the full credit is something that is kind of acknowledged.

You don't have that luxury with other stuff I'm afraid. To be frank releasing anything anywhere that contains any percentage of things you do not have explicit permission for should be no-go by default.
