Simple Dummy ability -_-

Ok, I'm sorry that I gotta ask this (and feel kinda stupid) but.. how do i make a dummy spell, or to be more specific: what ability would i base a dummy spell on?

used the search function, but after i got the first two pages 90% "**need help***" topics i somehow didnt want to open all of them..

Depends on what the spell should do

dummy spell = spell that doesnt do anything oO
