Silent "Data - Attacks Prevented"?

In the ability editor. When i look through Silent. It has "Data - Attacks prevented". There are 4 options: Melee, Ranged, Special, Spells.

Well, melee, ranged and spells explained themselves. Anyone know what is special? Is it an ability? If so can i modify any normal ability to make it special? Eg: Making stormbolt to special to match the Silent data.

I don't think that it makes any difference, but maybe it prevents items from being used? I will test it out.

Or maybe abilities like the Fountain Of Health/Mana passive regen ability?

There are lots of unique types of abilities that may/may not be affected by it. Only one way to find out.
