Screwed animation

Made a model whit these animations:
Stand - 1
Stand Alternate
Death

The problem is that, when the unit dies, the death animation is not played...
Same issues: I made this whit 3ds max and in 3ds max the frames are 1716, but in mangos model editor i made the frames of death animation from 1666 to 2000 frame.
Does anyone know were is the problem ?
