I am not terribly offended by the new class combinations. (I already thought gnomes could be priests, LOL). The only ones I find a little odd are Tauren Paladins, Tauren Priests and Troll Druids. However, I can somewhat understand troll druids due to the fact that they worship the Loas very heavily (Zul'Gurub, Zul'Aman, Zul'Drak is heavy evidence of that).

Taurens Paladins and Tauren Priests....I would have been fine with Tauren Priests (due to this idea that they will start worshipping Elune as well), but I have always thought that Paladins got their "light" from the Naaru and such, not Elune. A metaphor I could use is that sun light = elune and our artificial light = holy light. However, as long as they come up with a good storyline as to why the tauren will become these two combinations, I am all for it.

People freaked out that we could be Blood Elves, that we would kill Illidan, we might kill Arthas, etc. However, people get over it and if you look at lore through the perspective of WoW, that isnt a good way to look at it. Look at it from outside, a lore perspective, and the lore is actually quite well thought out. Blizz makes the lore, and then figures out how they will implement us into the scenario.

All in all, I quite like what blizz is going to be doing in this next expansion. However, I hope that they make the Lich King epic, because I feel that he is the coolest guy ever, but with this early announcement of the new expansion makes me feel as if the spotlight will move from lich king to news on the upcoming expansion.

ya, it is true.

i kno there will be quests to explain why the new class combinations came about, but most of em can be self explanatory:

There are still NE Mages
There are Human Hunters (that hunting expedition?)
There are Dwarven Shamans (Wildhammer Clan)
There are Dwarven Mages (newer generations are starting to embrace it)
Undead Hunter (Sylvanas was most likely a hunter, and she is undead now)
etc
etc

So ya. And I did read something about that Sun God (mmo-champion ftw) and it seems like they came up with a good story to go along with it. So i am fine and happy with their changes. with Cairne supposedly dying...well...he is damn old, and someone needs to die eventually. we cant keep killing these crazy evil guys without losing something of our own....
