I'm also curious about some Haradrim models I think you worked on some time ago - do you still have those?

I'm not totally sure I know what the 2nd required change is

Yeah the health bar is an ass x_x
It's height is calculated as if the tallest tower is always there, and the only way to change that would be to radically redesign the model - at which point I'd probably just take it down and release it as a prop instead, since T3 was the original vision and I just chopped it back to turn it into a Town Hall for a laugh.

I'll see what I can do about that Stand Work animation

2nd is adding a Sprite Third and maybe Fourth reference so that the Town Hall turns into a bonfire when its health is in the red. Pyromaniacs would appreciate it.

The health bar issue is easily fixable in Retera.
you can calculate extents based only on visible geosets (so just hide the tower)
