Resources: Asking moderators to think is ur work worthy of DC rating

Well lets say to u make something rly rly good, and for excample moderator just approve it with out rating any details, and ur work no doesnt have any rating even if he is masterpiece.

So if I(someone) do something rly rly good is it okey to ask team of moderators to they take it in thinking for rating it DC.
