Replacing Weapons ?

I was wondering, If I wanted to replace, say a footman's sword with a katana or an axe, is that possible? If I just put it there normally, he is holding a Katana and a sword... that's not right.

Ok, I figured out that I can use an "Extractor" to do this on a tutorial (duh), but, do I download it, is it already there and im not seeing it ...? Thanks in advance
