Remove Ability TICK sound

Guys is there a way to remove the TICK sound when I cast/click an ability?

If the sound isn't in the Gameplay Interface then I believe you will have to replace the internal sound. I know I've done it before but I forget exactly how. Also, there may be some precautions to take so maybe look into it some more yourself.
