Registry editing disabled by adminsitrator

Pls help say me a way i think i have a virus there at regedit.I tried everything from youtube nothing working!!!

Just Backup your files onto a USB Flash Disk, and do a full Reformat, and re-install your OS. Best way saves messing around trying to go after the Virus it self because it could be a worm or a trojan which will dump loads more onto your computer if removed incorrectly.

Are you sure you are logged in with an administrator account? If so and this error comes up send the virus to hell with a reformat, watch it squel for its life as your computer overwrites it uncaringly.
