Recover some thing

Hello I guys I know I asked this before,where can I get the file that need to be saved in a UI folder that would make a stiff cliff. I already downloaded this but my PC can't be opened anymore so I decided to get it reformat,so I'm gathering resources that I needed again. Good thing I saved my map project.in my tablet.

I hope someone can show me where to download that file needed to be saved in a UI folder in Warcraft 3 directory to make a stiff cliff.
