[SD/Modeling] Rebuilding Harold the Scarecrow

I redid the rigging, see if that works better for you
Thank you so much!
How do you "redo the rigging," for future knowledge?

EDIT: Alright, so I've been editing Harold and resulted in the 2 following versions, both involving the Morph animation.

For the one I've credited to you, I manage to tilt the head and left arm; but as implied in the (Buggy) version, we see that during the Morph animation, the left forearm rotates at the wrong time. At 1:14 in the following video, I want it more like how Harold would move his limbs in a very wooden way.

How do I fix this issue?

Well I removed every bone and redid the whole thing ^^ You can start by adding the empty helpers (those named Bone_something_something) at the joints, then the bones themselves that will contain the vertices, and finally attach the latter to the former

Also it seems the video is not available :|

Here's the name of the video on YouTube; just highlight, copy, and paste it on the YouTube search bar.
You'll see the animation when you start at 1:14.

Alright, so I think I have found a way to make the animations not so skippy.
You must manipulate and rotate the bones, or if you want to move the bones then give them their translation too. You must add an integer into your rotation/translation and (without pressing Ctrl-Z for undo) rotate/translate back the exact number on all 3 planes. That way, you will have something at the beginning of the animation to copy and paste in Anims in Mdlvis after the first one, and then adding the third part after is where you begin animating. Continue with this until you achieve your desired animation.
For better results for things at the beginning, go to Magos, go into the Node Manager, right-click on each of the helpers you're using and left-click on Edit Node, and then go to Translation/Rotation and set the helpers in question to the frame you want the translation/rotation to be manipulated.
