For example: A Shattered Hand Raider would have his Sword Hand replaced with an actual sword: Like This just without the custom Texture.

What do you mean exactly with "standard Uniform"? Like what they wear for clothing?

@Ujimasa Hojo, perhaps the Grom pants texture for the lower torso, the grunt's arm and pauldrons for the upper torso, replace the blade arm with just the blade itself on the stump of the wrist? So that you could easily switch them to for a Fel Orc version as well?

I did that once for the grunt and his skin remained green, while his teeth were falling out.

Is it possible to cause a casting spell to trigger only the Alternate set of animations(as seen in the Blackrock Raider) so that, for example, if i use bloodlust it would switch into the fel version and stay like that for the duration of the spell?
