like, why is there mag'hara textures when the model doesn't use them?

and why use the portrait model name completely different to the base model?

The Mag'har, I just didn't want to create a separate resource for the skin.

Instead of Horseman, use Raider.
Even though Durotan was not a raider but a Chieftain with his wolf, the orcs did employ raiders during Rise of the Horde and the First War.
An orc horseman refers to the orc warchief model found in-game.

I recommend giving the model a hero glow. Great work otherwise!

sanity check shows the order of keyframes is not consistent in multiple geoset animations's alpha. That makes some keyframes to be ignored by the engine. This must be fixed. rename "Mount - Ref" to "Mount Ref". use optimizer to remove unnecessary keyframes. Remove unused materials.
