Question regarding Models from another game (NOT wow)

I realize this site doesn't support the hosting of models ripped directly from other games, and I'm fine with that. However I just wanted to know if anyone can help me with taking models out of another game and possibly getting them into warcraft3. Specifically, the games which models I'd like is Heroes of Might and Magic V and Etherlords 2.

I'm not looking to distribute these models, they're for personal use with me and my friends. I think a lot of them look awesome and would like to have them in a customizable setting without restriction.
